Ceramic heart artwork celebrates Việt Nam unity and history

The symbolic structure was designed and created by artist Nguyễn Thu Thủy, the creator of the Ceramic Road along the Red River in Hà Nội and the Ceramic Flag in Trường Sa. It features an artwork that integrates interwoven images of the Vietnamese Bronze Drum and the peace dove.

Cultures of the World Festival closes with celebration of global unity

Held from October 10–12, the festival was of an unprecedented scale, featuring 48 countries and international organisations, 45 cultural spaces, 34 international culinary booths, 23 art troupes from Việt Nam and abroad, 12 publishing and book exhibition units, and 22 countries joining the international film screenings. This made the largest cultural diplomacy event in Việt Nam’s history

King-Monk Trần Nhân Tông’s life reimagined through theatre and circus

Nurtured over three years by the creative team, the play is crafted in a mosaic format that retraces key chapters in the life of King Trần Nhân Tông (1258-1308) – the third ruler of the Trần Dynasty, a Zen master who founded the Trúc Lâm Yên Tử Zen sect on Yên Tử Mountain in Quảng Ninh Province.
