HCM CITY — HCM City has been buzzing with excitement as students took part in the innovative 'Active with Royalchess Khang Điền 2025' Chess Tournament, a remarkable blend of intellect, physical activity, and cutting-edge technology.

More than just a chess competition, this tournament, held on the weekend, offered a vibrant mix of intellectual challenges, physical engagement, nutritious eating, and the latest in tech advancements. Its pioneering approach has captured the attention of both local and international experts in education and sports, especially in a time when holistic development is crucial for nurturing children's physical health, cognitive abilities, and essential life skills.

During breaks between matches, young competitors set aside their chessboards to join spirited Zumba sessions. This lively activity was not just a fun distraction; it was a thoughtful response to the needs of today’s youth. These energetic dances allowed children to relax, recharge, and gear up for the strategic battles that lay ahead.

Awarding medals and gifts were presented to players at the tournament.

Adding to the excitement, participants had the chance to engage with AI-powered smart chessboards linked to the Chess.com platform, which boasts nearly 600 million members globally. This innovative technology not only piques curiosity but also introduces children to advanced learning techniques.

With real-time move analysis and tactical recommendations, technology becomes a powerful ally, igniting passion and connecting young minds to the evolving trends of the global chess community.
