General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam (CPV) Tô Lâm had a meeting with Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the United Russia Party (URP) and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, in Moscow on May nine (local time) as part of his official visit to Russia.
