Art from Uruguay

Uruguayan painter Yandi Monardo has recently hosted a series of workshops in the framework of the Arts for the World Project initiated by Los Cabos Art Gallery and the Uruguayan embassy in Hà Nội. Dozens of students and art enthusiasts attended and created more than 40 paintings following his style, which uses free flow of acrylic oils, stone powder and sand to make the painting foundation. They then used nails to sketch on that foundation to create unique abstract paintings.
