Orchestra composer's new work inspires young musicians

Classical Opera on the way

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Việt Nam and Japan, a team of talented artists from both countries has been formed to create an opera project on the real story of the love of Japanese merchant Araki Sotaro and Princess Ngoc Hoa, the daughter of Lord Nguyễn Phúc Nguyên, in the early 17th century. The play will premier in September 2023, but before that let’s learn more about the project.
