Exhibition “From Louis to Pasteur” opened in HCM City

The Pasteur Institute in HCM City in coordination with the French Embassy in Việt Nam and French Consulate General in HCM City have organised a ceremony commemorating the bicentenary of Louis Pasteur’s birth with an exhibition showcasing his life and work.

Thousands of people joined in the UK Festival in downtown Hà Nội over the weekend. They enjoyed music from 911, food, saw some very British things like the Harry Potter platform, a double decker bus and the iconic Mini Cooper car. More people are expected to turn out at a similar event in HCM City this weekend. The events are in celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries.
