HẢI PHÒNG  —  Nguyễn Việt Gia Hân won the fourth leg of the Việt Nam Golf Association (VGA) Junior Tour at the Vinpearl Golf Hải Phòng on May 30.

Playing in strong heat, Hân performed well during the three days of competition in which organisers applied the match-play format for the first time.

Hân not only led the girls' U18 category but also sealed the top place in the tournament's overall ranking. It was her first win of a VGA Junior Tour title.

Nguyễn Đức Sơn, who won the boys' U18 category, came second and Lê Minh Nghĩa placed third.

In the boys' U15 class, Nguyễn Quang Za Vinh took the top position, followed by Đỗ Dương Gia Minh and Trần Việt An.

Organisers also presented awards to top three of the boys' and girls' U11, U13, and U8-9

Registration for the fifth leg has opened and will take place on June 10-11 at the West Lakes Golf & Villas in Long An Province. — VNS
