Ingredients:

• 40ml Sông Cái gin
• 40ml passion fruit juice
• 10ml hibiscus syrup
• Top up tonic

Preparation:

• Pour Sông Cái gin into a rock glass.
• Fill the glass with ice cubes until they reach 2cm from the rim.
• Pour in passion fruit juice.
• Top up with tonic until it reaches 2cm from the rim.
• Slowly pour in 10ml of syrup to create a flow-like effect similar to the flow of blood in the body.
