Bình Ba, Cam Ranh Lobster has long been a favourite of tourists. Lobsters here are savoury and delicious, so I decided to choose a lobster dish to introduce to everyone.

The lobster is grilled with garlic butter, salt, pepper, cheese and breadcrumbs in the oven for about 15 minutes. Then we take it out and serve it with sautéed broccoli and baked potatoes. Lobster is typically roasted over a charcoal fire with salt and pepper seasoning.

However, I bake lobsters with lemon butter sauce, breadcrumbs, and garlic. When enjoying, you can feel the sweetness of the lobster meat as well as the aroma of butter and garlic.

Lobster is a typical seafood dish of the coastal cities. At Cam Ranh, Bình Ba Lobster is a famous specialty and a must-try delicacy for any visitor to Cam Ranh in Khánh Hòa Province.

Ingredients:

- 2 pcs live lobster (1kg)

- 4 tbsp butter

- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2 large garlic, chopped

- 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs

- 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

- ½ tsp paprika

- ½ tsp white pepper

- 1/3 tsp table salt

- 4 tbsp of mozzarella cheese

- 4 tbsp of bechamel sauce

- 1 whole potato

- 100g broccoli

- 10g parsley

- 50g almond slices

- 50g green peas

Style 1: Baked Lobster with Garlic Lemon Butter and Breadcrumb Parmesan

1. Mix lemon juice, chopped garlic, butter, and paprika.

2. Mix breadcrumbs, butter, and parmesan cheese.

3. Cut the two live lobsters in half, and add some salt and pepper.

4. Chargrill both sides of the lobster for five minutes.

5. Add garlic butter lemon juice on top, bake the lobster in an oven for 10 minutes.

6. Take out the lobster and put mix breadcrumbs, butter, and parmesan cheese on top.

7. Bake in the oven for five minutes.

Style 2: Baked Lobster Bechamel Cheese and Green Peas

1. Cut the two live lobsters in half, and add some salt and pepper.

2. Chargrill both sides of the lobster for five minutes.

3. Add bechamel and mozzarella cheese, and the green peas on top.

4. Baked in the oven for 15 minutes. Take out the lobster when the cheese is yellow.

5. Serve the two lobsters with stir-fried broccoli, almonds and baked potato.
