Nearly 300 nutrilite health consultants trained by the national institute of nutrition

HCM CITY –- Amway Vietnam recently held a graduation ceremony for its Nutrilite Health Consultant Training Program, recognising 296 trainees who successfully completed the intensive program on preventive nutrition, health promotion, and counseling skills and were officially certified as Nutrilite Health Consultants.

Implemented in collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition, the program aims to strengthen the professional capabilities of Amway distributors while contributing to the dissemination of science-based nutritional knowledge and the promotion of healthy lifestyles in the community.

Conducted from October 2025 to April 2026, the Nutrilite Health Consultant Program was designed to provide participants with systematic knowledge and practical skills in nutrition counseling, while building a team of consultants equipped with professional expertise and a strong sense of community responsibility.

The 64-hour training curriculum was developed by experts from the National Institute of Nutrition and covered key areas including preventive nutrition, nutritional assessment, meal planning, food safety, health communication and counselling skills. The program aims to help participants apply nutrition knowledge to improve their own health, support their families, and contribute to healthier communities.

Upon completion of the program, all 296 participants met the training requirements and were officially recognised as Nutrilite Health Consultants. The achievement reflects the long-standing cooperation between Amway Vietnam and the National Institute of Nutrition in promoting science-based nutrition counseling and expanding access to accurate nutrition information.

Speaking at the ceremony, Associate Professor Dr Tran Thanh Duong, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, said:  "As awareness of nutrition and proactive healthcare continues to grow, the dissemination of scientifically grounded nutritional knowledge is becoming increasingly important.

"We highly appreciate Amway Vietnam’s collaboration in implementing this program and expect its graduates to serve as trusted advocates for evidence-based nutrition, helping promote healthy dietary practices and lifestyles within the community."
