Zakhar's journey into the world of wrestling began at the early age of six when a friend introduced him to the sport. While his friend soon quit, Zakhar persevered. Fifteen years later, wrestling had become an integral part of his life.

It’s been seven years since its very own doors closed and while reminiscing about those classic open mics or a night with the Hanoing Jazz Band at Sidewalk is a fun exercise in nostalgia, it does nothing but reveal my own ignorance of the city’s contemporary scene. Book on Trường Sơn Trail released

The book, Rừng Thiêng Chiến Khu (Sacred Forests in War Battle Zone), was released as part of a series of events marking the 50th anniversary of the city (March 29, 1975) and the country’s Reunification Day (April 30, 1975)
