HCM CITY — Snoopp Gee won the Red Bull Dance Your Style Vietnam 2025 final, earning him the honour of representing Việt Nam at the global showdown.

Snoopp Gee, whose real name is Bùi Quang Huy, was born in 1994. He will represent Việt Nam at Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final 2025 in Los Angeles, the U.S. this October. 

Held at District 1, HCM City, the Vietnamese round brought together 16 of the country’s top dancers in thrilling one-on-one battles. 

Dancers faced off in two–three-minute rounds, with up to three turns if no winner was determined. The competition's unique battle format allowed the audience to decide the winners of each round through LED wristbands that glowed red or green, given to everyone with a ticket, without any pre-rehearsed choreography or involving any panel of judges. 

Red Bull Dance Your Style, fuelled by the energy drink, challenges dancers’ creativity and improvisation by blending various music genres. It features workshops, panel talks, performance showcases and other events in celebration of dance and pulling a spotlight on the global dance community. 

Last year, the Vietnamese representative, MT Pop, became the champion of the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Final 2024 in Mumbai, India. — VNS
