Typhoon Yagi brings with it strong winds of 118-149 kilometers per hour

Typhoon Yagi has approached the sea area from Quảng Ninh to Thái Bình, with strong winds near the storm's centre, according to the latest update from the National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF).
