HÀ NỘI — On the morning of January 20, 2026, from the Ba Đình administrative centre to the gateways of the capital, the vivid red of Party flags and the national flag could be seen flying proudly in the wind, alongside a carefully arranged system of slogans, posters and banners conveying messages of confidence and aspiration.
