| Remarkable ensemble of chefs will gather to present “Feast Among The Stars” |
SA PA — For the first time, a line-up of acclaimed chefs will gather at the Michelin Key-awarded Hotel de la Coupole in Sa Pa to present Feast Among The Stars, a gastronomic experience designed to engage all the senses. The evening reimagines dining as a dynamic, interactive journey, with guests wandering between live chef stations, artisanal tasting counters and curated showcases, each offering dishes created exclusively for the night. Michelin-selected and award-winning chefs will bring their diverse techniques and cultural perspectives together in a singular celebration of flavour.
Adding a distinctive dimension is internationally recognised magician Petey Majik, who will act as Culinary Investigator. Moving among guests, he will uncover the inspirations behind each creation, weaving close-up magic into the experience by transforming ingredients, aromas and flavours into moments of wonder. Guests may choose to follow his live investigation, experiencing the night as a continuously unfolding story where gastronomy and illusion meet.
At the heart of the event lies interaction and discovery. Guests will have rare access to the chefs themselves, learning about their techniques, ingredients and creative philosophies in an atmosphere of relaxed elegance and artistic exchange.

Leading the programme is Chef Oliver Mette, Director of Culinary at Hotel de la Coupole and recipient of Best Chef of the Year at the Gourmet Vietnam Awards 2025. His vision continues to position Sa Pa as a destination for gastronomic innovation. He will be joined by a remarkable ensemble of chefs whose creations reflect both global mastery and local inspiration.
Chef Chi Joonhyuk, celebrated for his refined modern Korean style, will present Braised Beef with Kimchi Spring Rolls and Canadian Lobster with Bisque Curry Sauce, dishes that balance boldness with elegance.
Chef Olivier Corti brings French sophistication to the highlands with Scallop Tartar layered in sour soup, frozen cream and fig oil, followed by Sa Pa Trout Confit, a dish that pays homage to the region’s pristine waters.

From Bocuse d’Or Team Vietnam, Chefs Trường Vũ and Daniel Nguyễn showcase precision and delicacy with Poultry and Foie-gras Terrine with Truffle Dressing, Oyster with Champagne Sabayon and Crab Tartare with Beurre Blanc.
Rising star Chef Benjamin Werge Jensen blends Nordic sensibilities with Sa Pa’s terroir, presenting Quail Pithiviers with Madeira Sauce and a creative BBQ Pumpkin in varied textures.
Completing the line-up, Chef Curtis Demyon delivers bold modernist compositions, including Cuttlefish with fire-roasted celeriac purée, pickled celery and charcoal noodle, alongside Pork Cheeks enriched with crispy pork fat, eggplant, sweet corn, lime-pepper caramel and sticky rice.
Together, these creations transform the evening into a living gallery of gastronomy, where Sa Pa’s misty mountain air mingles with expressive flavours and inventive artistry.
