Ingredients:
Potatoes: 600g
Salt: 30g
Vinegar: 50ml
Cooking oil: 600ml
Ice
Dried seaweed, cheese powder (optional)

Method:
Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly, and immediately put them in a bowl of cold water with ice and salt.
After 15 minutes, take them out and wash thoroughly with water to remove the starch.
Boil the potatoes with boiling water and vinegar for about 5 minutes.
Pat the potatoes dry with a paper towel before frying.
Fry the potatoes in oil in small batches over medium heat.
Put the potatoes on oil-absorbing paper and add seasoning to your liking.
