Chicken breast 300gr
Boiled beetroot 150gr
Passion fruit dressing:
Passion fruit 60gr
Chopped shallot 3gr
Chopped coriander 2gr
Walnut oil 5gr
Salt and pepper 2gr
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and sear evenly on hot pan.
- Cut seared chicken breast, boiled beetroot and watermelon into bite-sized cubes.
- Add chicken, beetroot,watermelon cubes and mix well with the dressing.
- Season to your liking, plate up, add garnishes, and enjoy.
