ĐÀ NẴNG — The third stage of the Vietnam Pickleball Open Cup - Future Stars 2026 (VPC Future Stars 2026) will be held in Đà Nẵng on July 4-5, with the participation of many young talented players.
The tournament is a continuation of the series that began in Hà Nội in January, with another stage in HCM City earlier this month.
Players will compete in a variety of boys' and girls' age group categories ranging from U10 to U18 in singles, doubles and mixed doubles disciplines.
Registration is open until July 1, and players can register through the tournament's website or hotline.
At the launch ceremony, representative of the organising board Nguyễn Hải Long said: “For New Sports Company, investing in youth sports has always been a consistent direction.
"We believe that to build a sustainable sports foundation, we must start from the ground up, by creating conditions for children to compete, gain experience and mature in a professional environment from the very beginning.”
He added: "The third leg of the 2026 tournament system will continue to create a professional playing field for young athletes nationwide."
The tournament is jointly organised by the Thiếu niên Tiền phong and Nhi đồng (Young Pioneers and Children) newspaper and New Sports, a pioneering company developing a multi-sport ecosystem.
Matches will be broadcast live on VTVCab and on the Facebook pages of both New Sports and the tournament itself. — VNS
