BẮC NINH — The 19th Bắc Ninh Provincial People's Council has passed a resolution stipulating certain nutritional regimes, bonuses and benefits for coaches and athletes, as well as financial spending regimes for sporting events within the province.

At the year-end session for 2025, the council declared that the resolution specifies the spending levels for nutritional regimes for high-performance sports coaches and athletes of Bắc Ninh Province.

The resolution also covers coaches and athletes of the provincial youth, commune and ward-level sports teams under Bắc Ninh Province.

It has support for nutritional regimes for grassroots youth sports coaches and talented sports pupils, offered benefits for outstanding athletes of the province and worked out regimes for disabled coaches and athletes.

Bắc Ninh FC Football Club sets off to compete in the National First Division and National Cup for the 2025–2026 season.

The document also mentions hiring of coaches, support for athletes from provincial teams when called up to the national team or national youth team as well as regular training equipment regimes for coaches, athletes and talented pupils of provincial teams.

It regulates bonus regimes for coaches and athletes achieving results at provincial-level, national and international sports events; regulations on bonuses for achievements in the field of sports and financial spending regimes for sports competitions within the province.

Transitional provisions of the resolution involving coaches and athletes who achieved results at national and international sports events (including regional and zonal events) prior to the effective date of the resolution.

If they have not yet received regimes and policies under Resolution No. 19/2022/NQ-HĐND of the Bắc Giang Provincial People's Council stipulating regimes, policies and support for coaches, athletes and talented sports pupils of Bắc Giang Province; or Resolution No. 232/2019/NQ-HĐND of the Bắc Ninh Provincial People's Council stipulating nutritional regimes, bonuses and benefits for coaches and athletes and financial spending regimes for sports events in Bắc Ninh Province, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 07/2023/NQ-HĐND, they will be entitled to the regimes and policies under this resolution. — VNS
