NHA TRANG– The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a Singapore-headquartered global hospitality company wholly owned by CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has signed a hotel management agreement with KDI Group to launch lyf Nha Trang, marking another important milestone in the long-standing partnership between the two companies.
With the addition of lyf Nha Trang, Ascott’s portfolio in Việt Nam will grow to 44 properties and more than 12,200 units across operational and pipeline developments, further strengthening its presence across the country. The signing also highlights the partners’ shared commitment to developing quality hospitality and lifestyle destinations that contribute to the growth of Việt Nam’s tourism industry.

The new property will expand KDI Group’s hospitality portfolio and reinforce the strong alignment between lyf’s modern and flexible approach to hospitality and the vision for Alora Nha Trang, with a shared emphasis on connection, community and meaningful experiences. Through lyf Nha Trang, Ascott and KDI Group aim to create a vibrant lifestyle destination that offers guests a more engaging and flexible way to stay.
Located within KDI Group’s integrated coastal development in Nha Trang, lyf Nha Trang will be part of Alora Nha Trang, a large-scale mixed-use destination bringing together tourism, lifestyle, entertainment and residential offerings. Set along Nha Trang’s developing coastline, the project will provide a dynamic setting for lyf’s social living concept, catering to both domestic and international travellers.
Developed by Ascott, lyf was created for a new generation of travellers who value connection, community and creativity. Upon completion, the 198-unit lyf Nha Trang is set to operate as a full-service hotel with communal spaces such as the CONNECT coworking space, WASH & HANG laundromat, BURN social gym, BOND social kitchen alongside two specialty dining concepts.
With its location within an integrated coastal development, lyf Nha Trang is expected to appeal to a diverse range of guests, including leisure travellers, young professionals, groups of friends, families, digital nomads and those seeking longer stays. Its proximity to tourism, entertainment and lifestyle offerings will give guests convenient access to the destination while providing a social and flexible alternative to traditional hotel accommodation.
