Mugwort and seasonal mushroom in egg roll

Ingredients:

- Egg: 3

- Mugwort leaf: 50g (may be more or less, at your liking)

- Dried fragrant mushroom: 30g

- Seasoning powder with mushroom and seaweed flavours: 6g

- Cooking oil: 1tsp

- Red coloured cooking oil: 3 drops

Method:

- Clean mugwort leaves before cutting them into threads.

- Cut mushroom into threads after boiling.

- Pour two eggs into a bowl and beat well with seasoning powder.

- Heat the frying pan, pour cooking oil into the pan, and then add mugwort leaves and mushrooms. Stir-fry thoroughly until the mixture delivers aromatic smell, pour the egg into the pan and roll the egg right after it is cooked.

For the outer crust:

- Beat one egg well with seasoning power and red cooking oil to colour the egg before frying it in pan. Finally, wrap the roll with the egg crust and cut the egg roll into bite-size pieces as shown in the photo.
