Spiced Lobster Spaghetti |
Learn how to make the Spiced Lobster Spaghetti with Executive Chef Lê Văn Dũng of The Dining Room restaurant at TIA Wellness Resort in Đà Nẵng.
Ingredients:
- Squid ink spaghetti: 250g
- Grilled half lobster: 1 pc
- Olive oil: 15ml
- Garlic: 5g
- Steamed local clams: 150g
- White wine: 10ml
- Cherry tomato: 20g
- Seaweed caviar: 15g
- Basil: 3g
- Lobster bisque: 70ml
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
- Boil the homemade squid ink spaghetti for 8-10 minutes until al dente
- Grill the half lobster with garlic
- In a hot pan add olive oil, garlic, local clams, white wine, cherry tomatoes and add the squid ink spaghetti with salt and pepper, toss well
- Add to the bowl, decorate with seaweed caviar and basil on top
- Serve with the lobster bisque
