HÀ NỘI — Trương Thị Kim Tuyền of Việt Nam grabbed a silver in the Rabat 2017 World Taekwondo Grand Prix Series, which concluded in Morocco yesterday.
Tuyền lost 5-14 to No 1 player Kim So-hui of South Korea in the women’s U49kg category final.
Earlier, she defeated athletes from France and Serbia in the qualifiers, Israel in the quarter-finals and Turkey in the semi-finals.
Tuyền, world No 26, was the only Vietnamese at the tournament. — VNS
