HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam concluded their campaign in the ninth ASEAN Para Games which closed in Kuala Lumpur by finishing fourth in the ranking table on Saturday.
Indonesia topped the table with 126 titles. Hosts Malaysia (90) and Thailand (68) finished second and third, respectively.

They also set 10 records, four in swimming and four in weightlifting, at the biennial games.
Over the last seven days, sporting fans were treated to exciting action, and an inspiring display of grit and determination by some 1,200 athletes from 11 nations.
In his speech, the Paralympic Council of Malaysia President SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin paid tribute to the athletes and thanked the organisers for a great sporting show as well as the strong support of about 4,000 WAU Factor volunteers.
The federation flag was then handed over to Michael Barredo, President of the Philippine Paralympic Committee.
