HÀ NỘI — Marking the 70th anniversary of Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 – May 13, 2025), Hải Phòng has undergone a remarkable transformation. Hoàng Văn Thụ Bridge, featuring a symbolic seagull-wing design, connects Hồng Bàng District with Thủy Nguyên City. The bridge has a total investment of VNĐ2.173 trillion (US$83.6 million) from the city budget. It is 1,570 metres long, 33.5 metres wide, with four lanes for motor vehicles, two mixed-traffic lanes, and two pedestrian pavements. |
