QUẢNG TRỊ — The National Youth Indoor Volleyball Championship started off in Quảng Trị Province on Sunday.

The event has drawn in 25 men's and women's teams from across the country to participate.

The championship is held annually to promote the training and development of young volleyball players nationwide, as well as to select talented athletes for the national team to participate in international youth tournaments.

Co-organised by the Sports Authority of Việt Nam, the Việt Nam Volleyball Federation, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quảng Trị, the event will run until June 15.

In addition to the sporting competition, the championship serves as an opportunity to introduce and promote the beautiful landscapes and culture of Quảng Trị to both domestic and international audiences. VNS
