Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính has extended congratulations to Kim Min Seok on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea.

HÀ NỘI — Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính on July 4 sent a message of congratulations to Kim Min Seok on his appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea (RoK).

Diplomatic relations between Việt Nam and the RoK were established on December 22, 1992, and elevated to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2022. — VNS
