The Hudson Rooms & Track 61 has become the first and only hotel bar in Hà Nội to be honoured for two consecutive years in the prestigious Asia’s 100 Best Bars 2025.

The Hudson Rooms & Track 61, a rooftop bar with a 1920s New York vibe located on the top floor of Capella Hanoi, has been featured on Asia’s 100 Best Bars 2025 list. This marks the second year in a row the venue has secured a spot on the ranking organised by William Reed Business Media, affirming its status on the Asian cocktail map.

Ranked 86th, The Hudson Rooms & Track 61 continues to stand out as Hà Nội’s representative in this prestigious award system, voted on by Asia’s 50 Best Bars Academy - a panel of over 260 bartenders, food and beverage journalists and top bar critics. Judged by experienced eyes with refined taste, the award recognises drink quality and celebrates the ambience, operational philosophy and emotional experience that a bar delivers.

Perched on the top floor of Capella Hanoi, The Hudson Rooms is a sophisticated rooftop bar designed as a journey back in time to 1920s New York - the golden age of American railroads. From the mahogany vintage furnishings and Art Deco lighting to the jazz melodies, every detail evokes the legendary Grand Central Terminal.

Hidden inside The Hudson Rooms is Track 61, a speakeasy bar, likened to a luxurious train carriage reserved for the most discerning guests. Inspired by the historic secret tunnel connecting the Grand Central Terminal to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Track 61 exudes a sense of mystery.

It’s a space where bartenders can interact directly with guests, perform live mixology and tell the stories behind each cocktail. It's also a place where patrons not only enjoy but also truly understand every layer of flavour. If The Hudson Rooms is the bustling departure hall of a grand journey, then Track 61 is the first-class compartment with a serene, private and utterly captivating space.

Behind the bar, the people delivering exceptional experiences for guests are Nguyễn Ngọc Khánh (Patrick), a head bartender renowned in the mixology community for his masterful skills and contemporary aesthetic, and Sean Halse, a passionate and refined bar manager. The bar has developed a cocktail menu rich in creativity and marked by strong personal signatures. Drinks like ‘The Corner Stone’ or ‘Park Avenue’ are likened to memories distilled into liquid form, which bourbon, chestnut-infused gin or handcrafted citrus liqueurs blend.

“We want to create not only cocktails but also moments and the raw material for stories told across the bar. Being named in Asia’s 100 Best Bars for the second time is a great honour, but more than that, it affirms the enduring philosophy we pursue every day,” Patrick said.

The Hudson Rooms has also become known as a cultural F&B destination, hosting seasonal cocktail tastings, personalised mixology classes and a curated culinary menu ranging from fresh seafood to caviar and imported beef. Happy Hour, held daily from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, offers a perfect chance to explore five themed cocktails while soaking in the dazzling Hà Nội sunset.
