Beyond its unique material, the Visa O2 credit card also stands out by calculating and displaying the amount of CO2 emissions generated from each transaction.

Cardholders can monitor the emissions across various consumption categories through a monthly statement, allowing them to adjust their shopping habits towards more environmentally friendly choices and contribute to a sustainable green future.

Additionally, the Visa O2 card offers a 10 per cent cashback benefit, up to VNĐ300,000 per statement period, for spending at Xanh SM, Vinamilk, and Decathlon.

The card also offers a comprehensive range of international credit card features. These include global travel insurance with coverage of up to VNĐ11.6 billion, allowing cardholders to spend now and pay later with an interest-free period of up to 55 days. Additionally, cardholders can have their annual fees waived or reduced based on their transaction volume, withdraw up to 90 per cent of their credit , make interest-free installment payments, and access exclusive promotions from Visa and Sacombank.

The launch of the Visa O2 credit card marks a significant milestone in the card issuance sector by encouraging customers toward green consumption. It also reaffirms Sacombank's relentless efforts in promoting cashless payments, implementing its ESG strategy, and contributing to the sustainable development of the community, environment, and society.

Recently, Sacombank has won four significant awards from Visa: Leadership in Merchant Sales Volume 2024, Leadership in Credit Payment Volume 2024, Leadership in Authorization 2024, and Driving Business Card Usage Through Innovations 2024.
