QUẢNG NINH — Vietnamese property developer BIM Group will develop a Singaporean-style housing project at the Halong Marina Urban Area in the northern province of Quảng Ninh.

Singapore is famous for its cleanliness and greenery, with green space covering over 50 per cent of its territory. A Singaporean living standard is the dream of many people.

With Green Bay Garden, BIM Group wants to build a “little Singapore” in the heart of Quảng Ninh, with a green environment and classy luxurious living amenities.

Being part of the Green Bay Village gated community, Green Bay Garden has prime location near Hạ Long Bay – a natural wonder of the world – and green architecture harmoniously combined with feng shui elements, promising a prosperous life.

Green areas, small parks, lakes and lovely gardens are important feng shui elements. The yellow and white colours of the Metal, the green colour of the Wood, the blue colour of the Water, the red colour of the Fire and the brown colour of the Earth are interwoven harmoniously to create open spaces for generating energies.

At Green Bay Garden, building density is only 25 per cent, giving it the appearance of an ecological garden in the heart of a busy city.

The project has simple but state-of-the-art designs, which incorporate nature and are energy saving and environmentally friendly.

In addition, round-the-clock security is an advantage of Green Bay Garden, which will benefit from the gated community of Green Bay Village and the developed infrastructure system of Halong Marina Urban Area.

According to the developer, Green Bay Garden will not only provide an ideal living environment, but also likely be a profitable investment. — VNS
