VNU-HCM urged to make breakthroughs in training high-quality human resources

The Việt Nam National University-HCM City (VNU-HCM) needs to make breakthroughs in the quality of training, research and technology transfer to provide high-quality human resources for the whole country, especially for the southern provinces including HCM City, deputy head of the Party Central Committee's Organisation Commission, Hoàng Đăng Quang, said at a meeting held on Thursday (April 20).
