3 more COVID-19 patients recover in HCM City

Three more COVID-19 patients, a Czech man and two Vietnamese, recovered and were discharged from HCM City’s Củ Chi Hospital for Acute Respiratory Diseases Monday after more than two weeks of treatment.

HCM CITY — Three more COVID-19 patients, a Czech man and two Vietnamese, recovered and were discharged from HCM City’s Củ Chi Hospital for Acute Respiratory Diseases on Monday after more than two weeks of treatment.

Dr Trần Chánh Xuân, the hospital’s deputy director, said all three tested negative more than two times.

They will be quarantined and monitored at their home for the next 14 days, he said.  

As of March 30 Việt Nam has had 194 COVID-19 patients, including 55 who have been discharged from hospitals. The rest are currently being treated. There have been no deaths in the country so far.

HCM City has had 45 of them, including 10 who have recovered. — VNS
