HCM CITY — Monash University will host its 2026 Open Day events in Hà Nội and HCM City in September and October.

The event allows Vietnamese students and their families to explore Monash’s distinctive approach to student experience, employability and global readiness, and to receive personalised advice on study options at a top 31 global university.

The events will allow Vietnamese students to discover the Monash learning experience, from its diverse range of programmes and faculties to scholarships, career pathways and student life in Australia.

Through interactive activities and personalised consultations, attendees can gain a deeper understanding of study options that align with their goals, interests and future aspirations.

A highlight of this year’s Monash Open Day will be the Masterclass “Building Careers in a World Shaped by AI”, presented by Dr Andrew Johnson, Director of the Bachelor of Media Communication and Head of Communications at the School of Media, Film and Journalism.

The Masterclass will explore why uniquely human skills such as storytelling, critical thinking, strategic communication, creativity, collaboration and partnership remain essential and transferable across industries.

Monash Open Day will offer interactive experiences designed to give prospective students and families a closer look at the student experience at Monash.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to receive tailored guidance on course selection, application pathways, scholarships, career opportunities and student life in Australia.

Monash 2026 Vietnam Open Day will take place at Melia Hotel Hanoi in Hà Nội on September 27 and at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel in HCM City on October 4.
