HCM CITY — Amway, a leading healthcare brand, has officially initiated a training program for 30,000 Distributors focused on the Nutritional Breakfast Programme. This significant initiative aims to enhance awareness and promote healthy breakfast habits among Vietnamese people, in collaboration with the National Institute of Nutrition.
Mornings are considered the "golden" time to replenish nutrients and effectively start the day. Acknowledging this, Amway and the Nutrilite Health Institute, in partnership with the National Institute of Nutrition, have developed the Nutritional Morning Program. This program is designed to help Vietnamese individuals cultivate the habit of enjoying a full and balanced breakfast.
The programme educates participants about the crucial role of nutrition in health. It emphasises the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyle choices. It also offers useful tips to enhance overall quality of life.
Experts assert that a healthy breakfast not only fuels the body but also boosts morale, strengthens immunity, and enhances work performance. Furthermore, maintaining a balanced diet, ensuring adequate sleep, engaging in regular exercise, fostering a positive mindset, and building community connections are essential for establishing a strong health foundation.
Associate Professor Dr. Trần Thanh Dương, Director of the National Institute of Nutrition, emphasized the importance of the training course, stating:
"This training course not only helps Amway Distributors equip themselves with scientific nutritional knowledge but also plays an important role in raising public awareness of the importance of breakfast. We believe that with this cooperation, Amway will contribute to promoting a generation of healthier Vietnamese people, more proactive in taking care of their health right from their daily habits."

Amway aims for Distributors to emerge as knowledgeable advocates for health in their communities. Huỳnh Thiên Triều, General Director of Amway Vietnam, remarked:
