National mourning for former Party General Secretary Đỗ Mười

The Communist Party of Việt Nam  Central Committee, the National Assembly, the President, the Government and the Central Committee of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front have issued a special communiqué, announcing that former General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee Đỗ Mười passed away at 23:12 on October 1, 2018, and his funeral will be held as a national mourning.
