Officials and staff of the Vietnamese and Cuban Embassies in Argentina gathered at an exchange in Buenos Aires on September 26 to strengthen their friendship and solidarity, heading to the celebration of the 64th anniversary of the Việt Nam -Cuba diplomatic relations (December 12, 1960-2024).
