Michelin selected for four years: Hemisphere Steak and Seafood Grill at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel continues its excellence

Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill, located within Sheraton Hanoi Hotel overlooking West Lake, continues to be featured in the Michelin Guide Selected 2026, marking the restaurant’s fourth consecutive year of recognition, as one of Hà Nội's leading fine-dining destinations.

HÀ NỘI — Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill, located within Sheraton Hanoi Hotel overlooking West Lake, continues to be featured in the Michelin Guide Selected 2026.

This marks the restaurant’s fourth consecutive year of recognition, reaffirming its position as one of Hà Nội's leading fine-dining destinations.

This accolade not only reflects the consistency in the restaurant’s culinary excellence and service quality, but also stands as a testament to its continuous spirit of innovation and refinement throughout its journey of development.

Representing Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill, Executive Chef Nam Nguyễn attended the Michelin Guide Restaurant Ceremony 2026, held in Hanoi, and proudly received the recognition from the organizers. During the event, he also participated in a private interview with the Michelin Guide team and joined a media briefing following the announcement of this year’s selection.

2026 Michelin Selected Menu: When Journeys Become Inspiration on the Plate 

Following four consecutive years of recognition in the Michelin Guide's Michelin Selected category, Hemispheres Steak & Seafood Grill continues to write a new chapter in its culinary journey. Under the direction of Chef Nam Nguyễn, the 2026 Michelin Selected Menu presents a four-course dining experience inspired by his culinary travels across Việt Nam. Each destination is reimagined as a distinct chapter of flavour, expressed through the refined language of contemporary fine dining.

Chef Nam Nguyễn says exploring local destinations goes beyond discovering exceptional ingredients, it is an opportunity to immerse himself in the stories, traditions, and culinary heritage that define each region.

 Spirit of the North 

 

The journey begins in Hà Nội with Tây Hồ lotus tea marinated norwegian salmon with Quảng An kumquat jelly, truffle slices, salmon roe, crispy young green rice and local fresh herbs. This opening course captures the elegance of West Lake through ingredients that have long been intertwined with the cultural identity of the region, celebrating Northern Việt Nam's delicate balance of fragrance, texture, and freshness.

Soul of Imperial Huế

The journey continues to Central Việt Nam with Clarified Chicken Consommé served with traditional Huế tapioca dumpling filled with chicken and foie gras, baby vegetables, chive oil and crispy chicken skin. A beloved Huế specialty is reinterpreted through classical French culinary techniques while preserving the refined character and depth that define the cuisine of Việt Nam's former imperial capital.

Highland flame 

The next destination leads to Việt Nam's central highlands with Premium Japanese Hitachi Wagyu, Sirloin A5 served with coconut heart purée, Đà Lạt baby vegetables, artichoke confit and black garlic jus. The dish brings together premium Japanese Wagyu and locally sourced Vietnamese produce, creating a harmonious balance between bold flavours, refined technique, and the freshness of the highlands.

Southern orchard elegance 

The culinary journey concludes in Southern Việt Nam with coconut mousse with lime sorbet and Vietnamese seasonal fresh fruits. Light, vibrant, and refreshing, the dessert reflects the abundance of Vietnam's tropical orchards, leaving a memorable finale to this gastronomic voyage across the country.

Since its first inclusion in the Michelin Guide in 2023, Hemispheres has experienced steady growth in both domestic and international guests, particularly among global travelers and culinary enthusiasts visiting Hà Nội.
