HCM CITY — The SUMMER DAWN ’26 fashion show by Mr CRAZY & Lady SEXY brand has unveiled new collections while delivering a refreshing “reset” for summer fashion.

Rooted in the spirit of “resort luxury”, the show held in HCM City late last week has helped turn fashion into a language of freedom, allure, and empowerment for modern women.

A total of 50 designs were presented across two collections – Summer 2026 and Couture 2026 – forming two distinct yet seamless chapters of a single story.

In the Summer 2026 collection, silk, chiffon, and sheer fabrics created soft, fluid movement. A vibrant tropical palette, signature palm-leaf patterns, and free-flowing cuts conveyed a refined sensuality, with each design going beyond aesthetics to express a sense of freedom and joie de vivre.

Couture 2026, meanwhile, highlighted craftsmanship, with each evening gown treated as a work of art. Precise tailoring, structured silhouettes, and meticulous detailing reflected the skill of Vietnamese artisans, while reinforcing the position of haute couture in a globalised fashion landscape.

The show also unfolded as an emotional journey, elevated by music and performance. Singer Vũ Thảo My’s powerful arrangements shifted the atmosphere from dreamy to energetic, mirroring the show’s narrative arc.

The event featured notable guests including supermodel Vũ Hà Anh, actress Kim Tuyến and a lineup of beauty queens and models such as Runner Up Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025 Đỗ Cẩm Ly, and Miss Supranational Vietnam 2024 Lydie Vũ, with support from FV Hospital and HSBC Vietnam.

Founded in 2019 by businesswoman Lệ Thu Guillon, Mr CRAZY & Lady SEXY has built a signature style for modern women: seductive, elegant, and independent. The brand is steadily expanding beyond Việt Nam, with showcases at New York Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week 2025 and a growing presence in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

According to Lệ Thu Guillon, the brand is shaping itself as a modern Vietnamese fashion designer brand, preserving its identity while embracing a global outlook.

She said that the road ahead was still long before she could speak of success, but she was delighted that the brand was gaining recognition both in Việt Nam and internationally. — VNS
