KHÁNH HOÀ - The Nha Trang - Khánh Hoà Sea Festival will return this year after a long pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Khánh Hoà Department of Culture and Sports on the afternoon of April 20 announced that the Nha Trang - Khánh Hoà Sea Festival in 2023 will be held from June 3 to 6 with 60 activities.

Some of the main activities include a food and wine festival, gymnastics performances, a fishing festival, hip-hop performances, a human chess competition, art performances, an antique Vespa bike parade and fashion shows, among others.

“The detailed script is being finalised. This year’s sea festival promises to bring special tourism programmes relevant to the South Central Coast," said Nguyễn Văn Thiện, director of the provincial Department of Culture and Sports.

On the opening night, with the theme “Khánh Hoà - Aspiration and Development”, a drone light show will be organised instead of fireworks.
