HCM CITY — Novaland launches tourism property project in Mũi Né.

NovaHills Mũi Né Resort & Villas is part of the company’s new strategy to invest in tourism property projects.

The nearly 40,000sq.m project will have 600 villas, which the company said are targeted at many client segments from within and outside the country.

All would have views of the sea, be situated at various heights ranging from 15m to 95m, be designed in Spanish architectural style, and cost from VNĐ7.3 billion (US$320,000), the company said.

There will be villas with two bedrooms and two keys besides normal one-, two- and three-bedroom villas, all with a private swimming pool.

Their sizes will run from 250sq.m to 300sq.m.

Mũi Né is one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the Asia-Pacific.

Infrastructure like the Dầu Giây-Phan Thiết Highway and Phan Thiết Airport has been developed to make it convenient for visitors.

Novaland said it would develop more tourism property projects in Phan Thiết City to add to ones it already has in Cần Thơ, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu and Cam Ranh.

In the past, it used to focus on the mid- and high-priced housing segments, and has so far completed around 40 projects mostly in HCM City. — VNS
