HÀ NỘI — Gamuda Land will launch two new high-end villa products for the Gamuda Gardens township project by the end of the year, proving its confidence in the development of Việt Nam’s property market.
New products on sale include the Carnation and Azalea villas in the Gamuda Gardens township located adjacent to Yên Sở ecological park in Hoàng Mai District, Hà Nội.
The resort-style houses are situated at the southern gateway to the capital city, and are designed to provide the ideal home for future residents seeking a peaceful but convenient living place.
The Malaysian company said only 12 per cent of land was used for buildings, while a lot of land is devoted to green areas, walking paths and playgrounds for children.
Each villa is designed with open spaces, a pool, front and rear gardens, private elevators and a basement for a wine cellar so the owner can design their dream home.
Besides parks, residents also can enjoy modern amenities for the urban community, such as recreational clubs, shops, modern gyms and luxurious spa services.
In response to concerns over a possible property bubble, Gamuda Land has expressed its solid confidence in Việt Nam’s real estate market.
“We are confident in Hà Nội’s property market for the near future,” a representative of Gamuda Land said.
Many analysts have agreed that a bubble is not likely thanks to a stable balance of supply and demand in the market.
Gamuda Land will offer buyers preferential prices in the final months of 2018.
Any buyers who sign up for a villa by November 30 will receive one-year membership of the Gamuda Club, while management and operation fees will be waived for two years.
Buyers who make purchases between December 1 and December 31 will be offered two-years free of management and operation fees. At the same time, loyal customers will enjoy discounts of 2 per cent for Platinum membership, 1.5 per cent for Gold membership and 1 per cent for Silver membership. — VNS
