HCM CITY — THACO gifted a Kia Optima 2.0L GAT car to Park Hang Seo, head coach of the Việt Nam U23 football team, in Hà Nội on February 8.

The company had announced the gift for the Korean immediately after Việt Nam beat Qatar in the semi-final of the U23 AFC Cup late last month.

It also gave an award of VNĐ1 billion (US$44,014) to the team.

The car is worth VNĐ918.1 million (including taxes and fees). — VNS
