Unilever Vietnam awarded Best Winner at Vietnam HR Awards 2022

Unilever Vietnam won 6/6 categories, including five categories for business and one category for individual, at the Vietnam HR Awards 2022 – honorably called “Oscar” of the HR industry in Việt Nam.V

HCM CITY — Unilever Vietnam won in six of six categories, including five business categories and one individual category, at the Vietnam HR Awards 2022, known as the “Oscars” of the HR industry in Việt Nam.

The achievement reaffirms the persistence and outstanding intrinsic strength of Unilever Vietnam during and after the COVID-19 pandemic and upholds the company’s efforts in the development and transformation process of human resources for the sustainable development of the business and its employees.

“The achievements at the Vietnam HR Awards 2022 greatly motivate us to make more efforts to harmonize with the country in the new era of information technology, automation and digitisation through building and supporting the country’s talent pool. This is also an opportunity for Unilever Vietnam to inspire the HR community and business leaders together to build a more future-fit, equitable, diverse and inclusive working environment,” said Trịnh Mai Phương, Vice President of Human Resources at Unilever Vietnam.

After going through three rounds of competition, starting from April 2022 with rigorous evaluation by a jury of eight leading experts in the field of human resource and corporate management, Unilever Vietnam was named champion in all six categories, including: Excellence for Employee Wellness; Excellence in Organizational Capability Improvement; Excellence in Organizational Development and Design; Talent Management Strategy; Best HR for Sustainability; and Best HR Leader.

The business was also named this year’s Best Winner. This is the third year in a row that the Unilever Vietnam has achieved this title.

The Vietnam HR Awards, holding a core mission to enhance the strategy and value of human resources of enterprises in Việt Nam, is organised by Talentnet, in collaboration with the Labour and Social Newspaper.

This year’s awards, with the theme “Paving New Paths”, offered six completely new and creative categories related to the new normal to bring about influential HR policies, thereby introducing to the business community in Việt Nam exemplary human resource strategies for the sustainable development of an organisation. — VNS
