VIFA EXPO 2025: Vietnam’s furniture and home accessories fair returns with its largest ever scale

2,500+ booths will display at VIFA EXPO 2025

VIFA EXPO 2025 will take place from March 5–8, 2025, at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC) – 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected to welcome over 20,000 visitors and importers from Vietnam and all over the world.

VIFA EXPO – Vietnam International Furniture and Home Accessories Fair - is Vietnam’s pioneering and longest-standing specialised furniture fair, serving as an ideal destination for thousands of exhibitors and hundreds of thousands of buyers and importers since 2008.

With an international reputation built over the past 17 years, the 16th VIFA EXPO continues to affirm its brand position, while expanding its scale to become Vietnam's largest indoor and outdoor furniture exhibition in 2025, standing shoulder to shoulder with major exhibitions around the world.

VIFA EXPO 2025 will have the largest fair scale since 2008, bringing together over 650 exhibitors with more than 2,500 booths spanning over 40,000 m². This includes 52 per cent international exhibitors from 19 countries and territories: Denmark, China, Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Thailand, India, the Republic of Korea, Singapore, England and Wales, Australia, the US, Taiwan (China), Cambodia, Italy, Japan, Canada, Czech Republic, and 48 per cent Vietnamese exhibitors from 17 provinces and cities: Binh Dinh, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Lam Dong, Long An, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho, Quang Nam, Tay Ninh, Thai Binh, Tien Giang, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

VIFA EXPO 2024 gathers leading prestigious brands in the indoor and outdoor furniture industry such as: Annda International, Minh Tin - USofa, Your Furn Partner – Part of Wendelbo Group, Trend World Furniture, Far East Foam, Reindeer Furniture, Babakagu, Canadian Wood, Latitude Tree, Paul-Yu, Koda, Woodnet, Scancom, Fine Scandinavian, MFC, PMA, Savimex, Thinh Viet, Lyprodan, Eurofar, Hiep Long, Cattie, Master Pacific, Mega Home, Wood Concept and more.

Exciting programmes and activities at VIFA EXPO 2025

At VIFA EXPO 2025, visitors will have the opportunity to attend a series of industry talk shows, which will share and update on the current status and future trends of the furniture industry.

The series begins with the talk show "Global Furniture Outlook 2024 & Trends Forecast 2025" from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm on March 5, 2025, featuring leading experts from CSIL (Italy), Home Living (Japan), and Moebel Markt (Germany).

This is followed by the talk show "Furniture Industry Moving Towards a Net-Zero Market - Opportunities & Challenges" from 9:30 am to 11:30 am on March 6, 2025, focusing on sharing updated regulations on environmental and ESG standards for the industry.

Finally, the talk show "Made in Vietnam, Sold on Wayfair" from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm on March 6, 2025, will be presented by Wayfair – the leading furniture e-commerce platform in the US – in collaboration with Lien Minh Company.
