For the implementation of contents prescribed by Laws on bidding, Airports Corporation of Vietnam – JSC is going to organize the Pre-bid meeting (2nd time) for Package No. 5.10 “Construction and Equipment Installation for Passenger Terminal Building” which has been published on Vietnam National E-procurement System attached with the Invitation to Bid No. IB2300010641 dated January 19, 2023.

Time and venue of the Pre-bid meeting as follows:

Time: 09:00 AM on April 20th, 2023 (Thursday).

Venue: Assembly hall, Operation Building of Long Thanh International Airport Project Management Unit, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, Vietnam.

ACV would like to invite prospective Bidders interested in the Package No. 5.10 “Construction and Equipment Installation for Passenger Terminal Building” to attend and directly discuss unclear contents or propose your recommendations on the Package No. 5.10 with the Employer.

For facilitation of the effective Pre-Bid meeting, the prospective Bidders are kindly recommended to study the Bidding documents and send any clarification requests/ enquiries to the Soliciting Entity before the Pre-Bid Meeting date via the Vietnam National E-procurement System. In case of participation, the Bidders’ representatives are kindly required to present referral letters and participants’ personal identification documents.
