HÀ NỘI — Phạm Hồng Loan of Gạch-Phân Bón Con Voi won the sixth stage of the Bình Dương International Women’s Cycling Tournament yesterday.
Loan completed the 110km stage from Phan Rang-Tháp Chàm City of Ninh Thuận Province to Phan Thiết City of Bình Thuận Province in a time of 2hr 52.38min.
She was followed by Nguyễn Thị Thi of Hạt Ngọc Trời An Giang and Potapova Faina of Kazakhstan.
The overall lead still belongs to Japanese Karami Miyoko with a total time of 14:43.23. Thailand’s Phetdarin Somrat and Natalya Sokovnina of Kazakhstan are close behind.
Nguyễn Thị Thật of An Giang holds the green jersey with 87 points.
Miyoko is also queen of the mountains with 68 points.
In the team rankings, Biwase Bình Dương are on top. Thailand and Japan are second and third, respectively.
The seventh stage will be a 45km stage around Phan Thiết City. — VNS
