The 3,898 new cases reported this morning are all local infections detected in Hồ Chí Minh City (3,302), Long An (223), Đà Nẵng (47), Bình Dương (37), Tiền Giang (37), Tây Ninh (36), Đồng Nai (33), Đồng Tháp (31), Bình Thuận (23), Bến Tre (20), Ninh Thuận (19), Phú Yên (15), Hà Nội (14), Kiên Giang (13), Vĩnh Long (12), Nghệ An (11), Cần Thơ (10), Trà Vinh (9), Đắk Lắk (4), Quảng Nam (1), and Lai Châu (1); 191 of these were in the community.
