The south – central province of Ninh Thuận has raised sheep breeding to an industrial scale using advanced techniques to improve productivity and value. 

Ministries, agencies, local governments and press/media agencies were told to work closely to boost communication to increase public understanding, awareness, responsibility and consensus in national defence.
