HÀ NỘI — Land use and management at some real estate projects in Hà Nội and HCM City will be inspected this year under the recent decision of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
The inspection will focus on implementation of legal provisions on land acquisition, allocation, land lease, change of land use purpose; replacement of land transfer rights and the exercise of rights and obligations of land users, Tiền Phong (Vanguard) newspaper reported.
In Hà Nội, the General Department of Land Management will look into Vigeba International Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company’s urban area project in Bắc Từ Liêm District.
An Lạc Investment Joint Stock Company will also have its projects inspected, including An Lạc Green Symphony in Hoài Đức District.
An inspection will also be conducted at An Khánh New City Development Joint Venture Co Ltd’s project such as Splendora in Hoài Đức District.
The ministry will also examine the registration and granting of land use rights and house ownership certificates and land-attached assets.
At the same time, the land use and management at four golf course projects in Sóc Sơn, Chương Mỹ and Đông Anh districts will be on the list of inspection this year.
Inspectors will work with Hoàng Phúc Real Estate Management Co Ltd at its the Western Capital apartment building in HCM City’s District 6.
The inspection will also be carried out at apartment building project of Bến Thành Co Ltd and 21st Century International Co Ltd in District 1 and 2. — VNS
