QUẢNG NAM — Local rescue forces in the central province of Quảng Nam have found six bodies after a boat capsized on the Vu Gia River at 11pm on Tuesday.
The bodies were discovered after hundreds of soldiers and local residents were mobilised to search for victims of the accident.
The victims, including two children, were identified as members of two families from Đại Cường Commune, Đại Lộc District.
Following initial investigations, the boat, carrying 10 people on the way home after finishing farm work, suddenly overturned on Tuesday. Four people were successfully saved.
The local police are investigating the cause of the accident. — VNS
